Refund policy

Loblolly Leather Co. is thrilled you have purchased a hand-crafted, specially-curated, and one-of-a-kind leather item!  As we are very small business, the Return Policy is rather limited.  Because these are hand-crafted and made from leather, there may be some small imperfections.  Hopefully you believe, as I do, that those imperfections add to the charm and character of an item that is not mass produced.  Therefore, all sales are final.  However, if there is a major issue related to hardware that is presented within 30 days of receipt, please reach out and LLCo. will resolve the issue by making appropriate repairs, with no shipping cost to the customer.
